Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us for cancellation requests. Any such request will be considered and processed at our sole discretion.

2. Returns & Exchanges

At present, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved by us under exceptional circumstances:

• The refund will be processed to the original method of payment
• The amount will be credited within 15 business days
